Matthew F. Cooper - New York's Most Abusive Judge

We are a group of parents and litigants who have been terrorized by Justice Matthew Cooper’s misconduct on the bench. We have lost our homes, our savings, our careers, our reputations and, most importantly, our children due to Justice Cooper’s abuse and corruption. It is time to make the public aware that Justice Cooper isn’t fit to sit on the bench.

We are pooling together to offer a $100,000.00 reward to anyone who provides credible evidence of Justice Cooper’s corruption, misconduct or other unethical behavior that results in his removal or resignation from the bench. This drastic action is warranted to remedy the harm Justice Cooper has insidiously inflicted on families and to prevent future harm to mothers, fathers and children. Our pleas to remove this man from the bench have fallen on deaf ears by the New York State Unified Court System and the New York State Judicial Commission. So we are taking matters into out own hands.

Justice Cooper’s known misconduct that the New York Unified Court System and New York Judicial Commission have ignored include:

• Sexually harassing litigants and court staff
• Taking illegal kickbacks from attorneys, medical experts and organizations like Comprehensive Family Services whom he appoints
• Fabricating and falsifying evidence in cases before him
• Altering transcripts to conceal unlawful rulings and his abusive behavior
• Engaging in extrajudicial conduct by reaching out to the New York Post and Daily News to bully and smear litigant with negative press
• Unlawfully arresting litigants and journalists trying to shed light on his misconduct
• Demeaning litigants before him by calling them abusive names, screaming at them, challenging them to fights and unlawfully threatening them with jail time
• Directing that children be ripped from parents without a hearing as required by New York law

Justice Cooper belongs behind bars, but we will settle for him being removed from the bench. We are therefore asking that his any and all of victims come forward and provide credible and accurate information of Justice Cooper’s misconduct and corrupt behavior. Let’s make sure no more families are harmed by this monster.
